CNC Miller
We are looking to add to our milling team. Here, it’s not one person per machine; everyone works together to keep all the machines running. We learn from each other, support each other, and any success achieved is thanks to everyone. You’ll work on state-of-the-art machines and have plenty of opportunities for personal development.
Experience is not required but is a plus. We’ll tailor the job to your skills and provide the necessary training. It’s important to work precisely, think along in the process, and be a good team player. You’ll join a young and dynamic team in a family business.
We work only day shifts with flexible hours (starting between 7:30 and 8:00 until 16:00 or 16:30). In addition to 20 vacation days, there are also 12 additional days off (ADV). We offer a competitive salary with extra legal benefits; a company car is also an option.
Medewerker Montage
Omdat we steeds streven naar een betere service en kwaliteit voor onze klanten zijn we op zoek naar een extra medewerker in onze montage afdeling. Als je een passie hebt voor mechanica en techniek, houdt van afwisseling en werken in team zou dit wel eens een ideale job kunnen zijn voor jou. Naast de montage en demontage van matrijzen kan je indien je dat wenst ook leren vlak- of rondslijpen of polijsten.
- Ervaring is geen vereiste maar een pluspunt wij zorgen voor een job afgestemd op jouw kwaliteiten en de nodige opleiding.
- Het is wel belangrijk om nauwkeurig te kunnen werken, mee te denken in het proces en goed in team te kunnen werken.
- Je komt terecht in een jong en dynamisch team in een bedrijf met een familiale sfeer
- We werken enkel in dagploeg met flexibele uren (aankomen tussen 7u30 & 8u tot 16u of 16u30), naast de 20 verlofdagen zijn er ook nog 12 ADV dagen.

Mechanical Draftsman
De Craecker Matrijzen is a well-established name in the metalworking industry. Our specialization is the creation and revision of injection molds, but we’re also a reliable partner for many other production companies. Under the motto “Your production, our concern,” we strive to find the best possible solutions for our clients.
You’ll join a young, driven yet experienced team with room for initiative. We learn from each other, help each other, and when success is achieved, it’s everyone’s accomplishment.
Job Description
We are looking for a work preparer/CAD draftsman. Your task is to ensure impeccable work preparation, including creating CAD drawings and performing necessary measurements on our 3D measuring machine.
When an order comes in, you enter it into our custom software package. If needed, you discuss with production the best approach. You ensure the necessary materials or standard parts are ordered. You draft molds, mold parts, or other pieces in 2D and 3D using Cimatron.
If issues arise during execution, you follow up closely and look for solutions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent through experience
- Organized and structured work style
- Team- and customer-oriented
- Good communication skills
- Proficiency in CAD software
